1. Safety & Product Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing our products, you agree that (Cozy essentials) is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our candles, incense, or crystal. Always burn candles within sight and keep away from children and pets.

2. Natural Variation Disclaimer 

Our products feature raw crystals, natural wood slices, and dried botanicals. Due to their organic nature, slight variations in size, colour, and shape are normal and expected, and shall not be considered product defects.

3. Shipping, Delays & Customs

Estimated delivery times are guidelines, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. Damaged Goods Policy

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for replacement or refund

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
